Spirit Photos

First a little background:
The building I live in was built in the late 1800's, it was a commercial
building three stories tall with a full dirt floored basement.
In the late 50's or early 60's (according to who you talk to) the third floor
burned and was torn off).
In the history of the building it has been a place for offices and group
meetings, a café and greyhound bus stop, a bar and upstairs where I now
live a rooming house.
The building is 55 foot by 75 foot giving almost 4000 square foot of living
space to our 2nd floor apartment. It is zoned commercial downstairs and
residential upstairs. We bought the place in 2000 and moved in July 2004
(because our house burned) and started remodeling.
I have not been one to believe in spirits but I do now and I welcome them
into my home, or maybe they welcome me into theirs.
The following photos have been resized only
No photo-shopping, no retouching of any kind has been done to them. I do
have the full size images on this web site just click the full size link to see
them but they are very large in file size.
The pictures were taken with my Kodak Easy Share DX7630, 6.1 mega pixel
camera, in my hallway. I took them quickly while moving towards the
chandelier, I didn't know what I was seeing to me it looked cloudy or
smokey, I had been in my art studio taking photographs when I heard the
clinking of the crystals on the chandelier, I stepped into the hall camera in
hand to see the cloudy mist around the light fixture because we had a
house burn before I started taking photos as i walked to investigate and
turn off the power to the light I was just clicking away.
It was over quickly and as you can see the fourth shot is just the light alone.
